Seafood Main Meals

Turkey is bordered on three sides with sea, so it is only natural that seafood should play a major role in the local food. The Black Sea regions are particularly well-known for their 'cold water' fish breeds, and the Ege and Marmara regions are famed for their warm-water Mediterranean seafood. The variety is quite exciting, and I leave here just a snapshot of the seafood recipes to be found here.
