Sea Bass Baked in Paper

Leverek Kağıt Kebabı

 

Easiest fish dinner ever. You simply grab a nice fresh fish, and wrap it in some baking paper. With a few fragrant goodies tucked in of course. Dinner is served!

 

Ingredients per person:

1 sml  whole sea bass (Levrek) or fish of your choice, cleaned and scaled

            salt

            baking paper or foil

¼         leek, halved lengthwise (pırasa) or 1 onion, cut into thin rounds

5          cherry tomatoes (or 1 med tomato, sliced)

            

 

Dry the fish inside and out with a paper towel and sprinkle with salt.

 

Lay out the baking paper flat, place the leek halves in the middle and lay the fish on top.

 

Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the fish, then roll up the paper to enclose the fish, folding the ends under.

 

Place on a baking tray and bake for 20min. Serve with a rocket salad.
